    "I would like to express my appreciation for all you did to help me with the sale of Barry’s equipment & farm equipment. It was an emotional time for me, but Brad & Chris helped me through it all. They took the extra time to meet with me & talk whenever I had questions. All aspects of the sale were explained to me thoroughly. The advertising was very good and it showed the day of the sale. We had one of the best days in November for weather.     "When we decided to sell my mom’s household items and her house at auction, there was really only one auction company to consider for us. Buss Auction has been the “go-to” auction company in our area for a long time. They had never disappointed us before and I figured they would be able to take care of us now. The question was: Would they be willing to do it? We met with them and right away we were put at ease and assured that they would take care of us. And take care of us they did! Every time we had a question, they were right there to answer it to take care of it. Even 1400 miles away was not a problem. I felt like a big problem for me was being taken care of by them. They gave us excellent advice, which I knew we needed to heed, because, after all, they do know what they are doing. They came when we asked, they did what we asked and tried to do what they asked of us, and everything worked out very well. Their advice was spot on. They know what they are doing and they do it well. Now everything is over, only the memories are left and thanks to BUSS REALTY & AUCTION, they are good memories. I don’t see how an auction could run any smoother or better. My kids had never been to an auction before and really had no idea what was really going to happen, but they figured it out pretty fast once it all got under way. They were flabbergasted, to say the least. When it was all over, they said they would love to do it again know that they knew what to expect! It was an exhausting day, but you guys make it very enjoyable. Thanks again to the whole crew! It was a fun experience. I hope to not have to do that again, but if I ever do, you guys will be the first call I make. I sincerely think that you have a great company. It works. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!"

    "I THOUGHT THE SALE OF OUR FARM WAS HANDLED VERY WELL. YOU WERE ALL VERY GOOD TO WORK WITH AND LET US KNOW OF ANY PROBLEMS BEFORE THE SALE AND ALSO AFTER THE SALE. THE ADVERTISING WAS GOOD. I SAW IT IN SOME OF THE PAPERS AND SAW MANY SIGNS HERE AND THERE AND MANY SALE BILL POSTED. I WAS SATISFIED WITH THE PRICE THE LAND BROUGT FOR THE WAY TIMES ARE NOW.
